Even though I recorded this video using the original Master Samurai Tech site, the process works exactly the same here at the Mr. Appliance Academy!

When you have a question about the course material, start a new topic within the appropriate forum (more on that below).

To start a topic, you simply go to the forum for the course that you are asking about, and scroll down until you see the “Create New Topic…” block.

It is very important to give your topic a good title so that we can clearly understand the context of your question and also to help other students find topics that they are interested in reading.

In the title, list the Module and the Unit, then a few more descriptive terms.

For example: Module 1 Unit 11 – question about Inverter Compressors

If your question or comment doesn’t pertain to a particular unit, then you can just do a descriptive title without the unit number.

Be sure to click the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” option before submitting your post!

You can also subscribe to any of the Forums if you want to be notified anytime someone posts a question. (Just go into a Forum and click “subscribe” near the title.)
