Student Account Reset Request

This page is for employers who have techs enrolled in the Academy


If you are a student who just needs a quiz or exam reset, please contact us using this form.


If your employee leaves your company soon after beginning the Fundamentals of Appliance Repair course, then you can request that we reset the account so that another employee can take the original student's place.

Requirements:

  • The original student must have stopped before taking the Midterm Exam in the Fundamentals course.
  • A $75 reset fee

We will give the new student a full year's access to the courses.

Simply fill out the form below to request the reset and remit your payment, and we'll contact you as soon as the reset is complete (usually within 1 business day).
