If you are a student who just needs a quiz or exam reset, please contact us using this form.

If your employee leaves your company soon after beginning the Core Appliance Repair Training course, you can request that we transfer the course to another employee.

Requirements:

• The original student must have stopped before taking the Midterm Exam in Core.
• A $75 reset fee

We will give the new student a full year's access to the course.

Simply fill out the form below to request the transfer and remit your payment, and we'll contact you as soon as the transfer is complete (usually within 1 business day).

NOTE: if your old employee was enrolled in the "Bundle 1" courses (prior to 4/1/22), we will handle the transfer differently, so do NOT use the form below for this. Instead, just contact us. (More details are below.)

How we will handle the old "Bundle 1" transfers

If your original tech was enrolled in Bundle 1 and has left your employ before completing the Midterm in Fundamentals, we will give your new tech the Core Appliance Repair Training course with no transfer fee.
