On my first comment in this thread I mentioned I don’t see anything relay related. I see the heater and I see pcb heater but I don’t see an actual relay which is why I chose the answer regarding not enough information but that was wrong. Then I figured maybe it’s something related to the fuses on the heater itself that you pointed out which is why I said based off question 8 I would choose line voltage. So to answer your question specifically on where is the relay on the diagram, I don’t see it
