That makes a lot of sense actually, but I’m still confused why if 2 of the windings measure 12.6 ohms and the third winding measured 12.2 ohms the compressor wouldn’t test good. As I previously understood the ohm readings just had to be within 3% of each other more importantly than being close to spec, so do they also need to be within 3% of spec to test good?
