I feel like you’ve forgotten what we already figured out. Please re-read the thread (from the point where we started talking about #9).
We already determined the nature of the fault (you said, “We have an open circuit.”) I asked you – based ONLY on the measurements in Figure 1, can we determine, generally, where the open is? (Is it the element? L1? L2? Either L1 or L2, but we can’t tell yet which one?)
