You’re spot on with the water temperature — that’s an input to the sub-PCB, not the main.
As for the door status, it’s not called out as such, but it is there. On the connector for the door lock assembly, you can see it called out as a reed switch. That’s the switch that the appliance uses to detect if the door is closed or not.
