We are happy to help. First, please review the material to see if you can figure out the correct answers.
For example, Unit 1 has written definitions of some of the important electrical terms, and those would help you answer Question 1 and 12. The first video in unit 3 also addresses the topic of #12.
Question 13 is based on the video at the end of unit 3, the scenario where a loose connection is adding extra resistance to the circuit. Watch back through the video, making notes about the current and wattage that we calculate before and after the loose connection is present.
