Ok I understand adding the 2 resistance together gets you that answer but I must be honest neither the reading material or the video gives any indication that you are to add the 2 resistance figures together to get your resistance on the first equation. I understand In the video the way they get the 32 figure was from adding the 28 and 4 together bc we are dealing with the total resistance in the circuit but it was extremely unclear to me i must say.
