I’m not sure what you are saying here. Voltage comes from the power supply.
Let’s back up a bit.
First focus on Figure 1. It is not going to lead you to a final conclusion about what’s wrong, but it is going to give you a general indication of the nature of the fault in the circuit.
We want to see what you can tell us about voltage and current in the circuit based on these measurements in Figure 1. Compare them to what you would expect to see if the circuit was functioning normally.
