Same with me… Voltage creates the ______ for current to flow.
I think the question in not correct or at least there are more than one interpretation of the words.
If I choose Conditions: it is correct because if no voltage I dont have the conditions to make the current flow
If I choose Necessity: Electrons will need a necessity to flow if you apply a voltage there. No voltage no necessity.
If I choose requirements: well it is a requisite to apply voltage or a magnetic field to make the electrons flow.
If I choose Potential: If I am thinking like the voltage is the potential energy then it is going to create current flow.
SO it could be any or the 4 options. I don’t like how you are asking and I don’t know what to answer. You get to be more clear.
