You’ve got #10 figured out, but take another look at #9. Trace both legs of the heater back to their sources and see what you see. The wire colors are a little tricky on this one, so don’t rely on them.
Try comparing the schematic to the picture of the heater PCB. It’s very helpful for figuring this out.
