no its no a useful measurement and it would not tell me if the switch is closed .
i don’t think p20-2 to p1-n tells me if the switch is closed either.
and i honestly don’t think p21-1 to p1-n tells that either.
i think i would need to measure from p21-2 to p 20-2 or p21-1 to find out if the switch is closed and i don’t think thats one of the choices
