Awesome, on to the last one: “How much current should the heating element draw when it’s heating?”
You have to really look for it, but it does say on this tech sheet what the resistance of that heating element is. Once you’ve found that, you can do a simple Ohm’s law calculation (since you also know your supply voltage) to figure out how much current the element should draw.
