    as for the three other questions in mod 4 unit 1 to measure voltage drop across a load you would use V=I*R so say you have a circuit with 10v with two resistors one with 2 ohms and the other with 3 ohms so you take the total ohms which is 5 and divide it by 10 you get 2amps so then you can 2*2 equals 4 volts and 2*3= 6 volts. and both of those equal 10v
    question 16 it doesnt change because its naturally part of the load.
    question 17 it could measure amps or ohms.
