    Hi Ryan,

    First we’ll talk about the refrigerant leaving the evaporator.

    Is it liquid or gas? (The name “evaporator” should make this clear.)
    Is it high or low pressure?

    Re-read paragraphs 4 and 5 from this unit. What we say there should make these answers clear. If not, let me know.

    Then continue on to the next 2 paragraphs and let me know what state the refrigerant is in as it leaves the compressor and enters the condenser – liquid or gas?
