Yes, you’ve found it on the timer chart! A quick note about reading that chart — the numbers given in the “active” and “fixed” columns are actually the contact numbers for that cam. You can just ignore those T’s and B’s.
So, correctly stated, you would say that cam 6, contacts 16 and 12 are what must be made to energize the high speed winding of the motor. You can even confirm this by looking at the schematic. The timer’s cams are the numbers in circles, and the contacts are all those points running vertically along the timer.
