First of all, you don’t have to know anything about how gas dryers work to answer this question. This just requires the concepts we taught you in Basic Electricity: series and parallel circuits and voltage drop.
We show you 4 loads in this diagram. You need to determine what relationship they have with each other. For each one, is it in series with another load, in parallel with the others, is it shunted, etc.
The easiest way to do that is to do the “Zen trick” on each load.
If you’ve correctly identified each load’s situation (in series, parallel, or shunted), then you can use what you have learned about voltage drop to know what the voltage drop is across each load.
